Movement based approach to rehabilitation in conjunction with manual skills.

Kathy earned her Bachelor of Science degree and Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Vermont in 2008 and 2010, respectively. She performed clinical rotations in hospitals, pediatric inpatient settings and outpatient orthopedic settings in Oregon, New York, Vermont and New Hampshire. Kathy worked at Spaulding Cambridge Outpatient Center in Boston for three years where she had the opportunity to work with and learn from Dr. Irene Davis at the Spaulding National Running Center. She moved to Santa Cruz, CA and worked at an outpatient clinic that focused on DNS, a movement based treatment approach. She recently relocated with her family to Flagstaff, AZ to be closer to family and is loving being in a mountain town again.

Kathy has taken a variety of continuing education courses since graduating; the most recent being the Movement Links Series offered at UC Berkeley. She enjoys working with patients of all ages, athletic backgrounds and abilities. Kathy uses both a functional movement approach and manual therapy techniques to help her patients accomplish their individual goals.
